WEBTV BROWSER ERRORS
WHAT TO DO WHEN:

Your WebTV Browser Claims It Won't Support Frames
(Among Other Errors)
and
You Must Empty Your Memory Cache

Try to resolve your problems in one of two ways:

1) Go to the Web TV home page and click on Switch users, then
  • log back into BJT.
  • After you have logged off and then back, you may STILL get the error message.

    THEN Do the following:

  • Hit reload - it will usually clear the error message and take you to the game page you were trying to access.
  • The reload can be activated by either choosing OPTIONS on your keyboard and then clicking RELOAD,
    or
    by simply pressing cmd+R on your keyboard.

  • If step one doesn't solve your problem then go to step number two:

    2) Power off and back on

  • then log back on.

    The above method of emptying the memory cache will resolve most errors.
